Like what is posted in the title, the said DLCs now have a date but sadly they are to face a very tough competition. Final Fantasy XIII-2′s vast DLC release will be on May 15th which is the same time as when Diablo 3 will open its gates.
The following DLCs will be available come May 15th and 16th

[ DLC - Episode ] Eternal Arena
[ DLC - Costume ] Noel – White Mage -
[ DLC - Costume ] Serah – Black Mage -

[ DLC - Costume ] Moogle Costumes (various)
